Individual Counseling & Assessment Services

Individual Counseling

I currently am accepting new clients for individual counseling services starting September 14, 2026!

I offer individual counseling via telehealth for individuals in Washington State. I specialize in substance use/addiction, eating disorders, harm reduction, ADHD, autism, disability, LGBTGEQIAP+, trans/nonbinary, and sexuality/gender/kink/sex work affirming care.

I utilize social justice theory as the foundation and core of my services, and integrate motivational enhancement, parts work, mindfulness, somatic healing practices, client-centered, trauma-informed care.

I typically start people on a weekly basis to build relationship and rapport and get into the healing work you’re seeking, and sessions are 53-55 minutes long. I am in network with Premera, Lifewise, and select BCBS plans - please reach out for a free 20-minute consultation to assess for mutual fit and for an insurance benefits check if you are planning to utilize one of the insurance plans listed above.

For out of network benefits I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. My cash pay/out of network rate is $175 per session.

  • Gender Affirming Care

Gender affirming care is so important for trans and gender expansive clients. Unfortunately our medical system continues to create barriers to accessing that care, and providers often require a letter (or two) from a therapist before they will provide care.

If you are in need of a gender affirming care letter, I provide individual appointments to complete the letter with you, and to support you in seeking the care you desire and deserve access to!

I offer these appointments on a pay-what-you-can self-select range from $0 to $200, no application for reduced fee or any proof of income needed!

  • Fat Positive & Weight Neutral Care

We are all swimming in the waters of antifat bias and diet culture, and (unfortunately) therapists are not immune to the indoctrination of these systems. As someone who has done intentional work to unlearn the social narratives around body size, shape, and ability, I would be honored to support you on your journey as well!

Eating disorders are often overlooked, misdiagnosed, or even prescribed to those in larger bodies, and those who are not white, cisgender,or able bodied. Many clinicians also do not understand or explore the cultural aspects that may be at play in this realm. I am a fat positive clinician, providing weight-neutral care, and am aligned with the Health at Every Size (HAES) framework, without the healthism.

  • Adult ADHD & Autism

Are you someone who is exploring your own neurodivergent identity in adulthood, trying to make sense of past experiences and what support could look like for you?

As someone who was diagnosed in adulthood, I can understand and support your exploration of ADHD, autism, or AuDHD! I have completed neurodivergent-affirming training specifically on diagnosing and working working with ADHD, autism, and AuDHD. I also believe that self-diagnosis is valid and that you are the expert in you.

If you’re not in need or want of diagnosis but looking for support to explore self-accommodation, unmasking, learning what stimming and regulating looks like for you, and general support around ADHD and/or autism I would be thrilled to support you in this journey.

SUD Assessment

If you have found yourself questioning if your substance use is a problem, have been asked by a loved one to get an assessment, or want to seek help but find yourself skeptical of completing an assessment within a treatment program, a substance use disorder (SUD) assessment completely independent of any treatment program may help!

I am not contracted with, employed by, or otherwise beholden to any part of the SUD treatment industry - I have been an SUDP and providing assessments since 2014, and have honed my skills over the years to provide an unbiased, and clinically-sound assessment.

Please reach out if you’d like to discuss the process and next steps!

Please note: I do not provide assessments for family court, and take other types of legal/DUI assessments on a case by case basis. If you will need to have your license reinstated, WA state law requires your assessment and treatment to be at a department of health licensed facility - as an independent SUDP, I do not meet those requirements for the department of licensing and can refer you elsewhere.
