Individual Counseling & Assessment Services
Individual Counseling
I currently am accepting new clients for individual counseling services starting September 14, 2026!
I offer individual counseling via telehealth for individuals in Washington State. I specialize in substance use/addiction, eating disorders, harm reduction, ADHD, autism, disability, LGBTGEQIAP+, trans/nonbinary, and sexuality/gender/kink/sex work affirming care.
I utilize social justice theory as the foundation and core of my services, and integrate motivational enhancement, parts work, mindfulness, somatic healing practices, client-centered, trauma-informed care.
I typically start people on a weekly basis to build relationship and rapport and get into the healing work you’re seeking, and sessions are 53-55 minutes long. I am in network with Premera, Lifewise, and select BCBS plans - please reach out for a free 20-minute consultation to assess for mutual fit and for an insurance benefits check if you are planning to utilize one of the insurance plans listed above.
For out of network benefits I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. My cash pay/out of network rate is $175 per session.
SUD Assessment
If you have found yourself questioning if your substance use is a problem, have been asked by a loved one to get an assessment, or want to seek help but find yourself skeptical of completing an assessment within a treatment program, a substance use disorder (SUD) assessment completely independent of any treatment program may help!
I am not contracted with, employed by, or otherwise beholden to any part of the SUD treatment industry - I have been an SUDP and providing assessments since 2014, and have honed my skills over the years to provide an unbiased, and clinically-sound assessment.
Please reach out if you’d like to discuss the process and next steps!
Please note: I do not provide assessments for family court, and take other types of legal/DUI assessments on a case by case basis. If you will need to have your license reinstated, WA state law requires your assessment and treatment to be at a department of health licensed facility - as an independent SUDP, I do not meet those requirements for the department of licensing and can refer you elsewhere.
